Light Weight = Revenue per Truckload: If you are shipping a full truckload then swap pallet weight for product weight. On average the Corrugated Pallet weighs 30 lbs less than the standard 40 x 48 inch wood pallet. In a 55 foot trailer carrying 30 pallets, you can ship an additional 900 lbs of your product rather than consuming load capacity with wood pallet weight. Less Damaged Product: Unlike wood pallets, our corrugated pallets absorb and dampen the transfer of shock to the product being shipped. The result...... fewer products will be damaged during shipment and packaging engineers can begin to optimally design their packaging with a more absorbent pallet in mind.
Performance: We have a pallet that will meet all your company’s warehousing and shipping requirements. Depending on the pallet configuration, safe storage weights range from 500 lbs. to 8000 lbs. while safe shipping weights range from 250 lbs. to 4000 lbs.
Access Ability: Two or four way entry with or without pallet jack cut outs.
