LOG-S4 Logical Machines S-4 Netweigher LOGICAL MACHINES S5 BULK WEIGH FILL SYSTEM LOGICAL MACHINES S6 CASCADING WEIGH FILLER LOGICAL MACHINES S7 DUAL-LANE WEIGH FILLER
The Model S-4 weigh/fill system is a great first step from hand scooping to automation. Your bulk product is placed in the supply hopper and an electromagnetic vibratory feeder moves the product to the weigh hopper where it is weighed. When the target weight is reached, the controller stops the feeder and the weigh hopper opens automatically or with the foot switch to dump the product into a container. For weights up to 10 pounds. The very accurate and easy to operate Model S-5 semi-automatic scale has automatic tare, automatic feed and speed controls for both bulk and dribble feed rates, and automatic set points. The product flow from the hopper to the feed pan can also be controlled by an adjustable slide gate. The model S-6 cascading weigh filler is designed to fill harder to run products such as crackers, chips and other non-free-flowing products. A very accurate and easy to use control system monitors the product depth in the lower pan allowing for consistent filling. The S-6 utilizes many of the same systems found on our S-4, including the Logical Controller II, for reliable, hassle free operation. The model S-7 dual lane weigh filler allows for three different modes of operation. In simultaneous dump, the machine fills both weigh hoppers at the same time, allowing for twice as much product flow than the S-4 machine. In the individual dump, the machine dumps whichever weigh hopper is at weight. Finally, the S-7 can mix products with the optional divided supply hopper. The Logical Controller II can be set to weigh two completely different products at different weights to easily mix products into one container.
